Catered a bbq event for a team of 25 hungry blokes. Messaged Lou & Jim asking if they could help. They were absolutely amazing to deal with, put together a pack which was enough food for everyone & a few small left overs. Had at least 5 of the blokes ask where I got the meat from as the Pattie’s and home made sausages were the best they’d ever tasted. Totally recommend! Amazing from start to finish. I have been slowly ticking my way through the Taylor Rd Meats Menu and even down to the last delivery, I have not been dissapointed.
From the lamb roast to the beef short ribs, over charcoal low and slow. Scotch and Sirloin steaks are simply amazing, the Rump steak that Lou & Jim offer has been the standout, one of the best cuts of steak i have ever had.
